Megan Herrera to Present Research at LREC2022
Undergraduate student Megan Herrera (BS Computer Science and Minor in Linguistics) will be presenting her research at LREC2022, one of the major international NLP conferences. In this project, Megan builds a dataset of Tagalog-English tweets to explore the mechanisms of code-switching. The project is mentored by Dr. Natalie Parde (Co-director of UIC Natural Language Processing Laboratory). Congratulations, Megan!
