Basic Japanese Language Program (101-104)
About the Japanese BLP Heading link
Our Basic Language Program (JPN 101, 102, 103, and 104) introduces students to the Japanese language and culture.
Each course in the sequence is a 4-credit hour course that meets one hour a day, four days a week. Students in our courses learn to speak, read, write, and listen to Japanese. The things we learn in class provide a strong foundation for advanced classes and study abroad in Japan.
